Dr Gareth Morris first used FPGA technology in a communications application in 1999. Fascinated by the technology he decided to embark on a PhD at Imperial College, London, in 2002. Since graduating Gareth has lead a number of FPGA projects in the realm of finance and investment banking for the usual blue chip organisations. Projects have included implementation of trading algorithms and market data feed processing to name just a few.
